About the Different Roles Available

- Commercial Breakdown Technician

This role is focused on fault-finding, repairs, and service. Work will cover a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. You will be required to:





• Diagnose and fault-find across a diverse range of commercial HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain split systems, ducted systems, package units, and VRF systems.
• Work on water-cooled FCUs, chillers, and central plant equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance across various commercial sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and compliance requirements.

- Residential Technician

This role is focused on service, fault-finding, and repairs. Work will cover a wide range of domestic HVAC equipment. You will be required to:

• Diagnose and fault-find across a diverse range of HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain primarily split systems and ducted systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance across some light commercial sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and compliance requirements.

- Installer

This role is focused on replacements and new installations. Work will cover a wide range of HVAC equipment. You will be required to:

• Install and replace primarily wall splits and some ducted systems.




• Opportunity to work on some larger scale projects and fit outs.
• Range of other work available, if interested and time allows.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and compliance requirements.

- 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year Apprentices

This role is focused on learning while earning. Work will cover a wide range of commercial and domestic HVAC equipment. You will be required to:

• Listen, observe, and learn from HVAC technicians.
• Opportunity to work have own work vehicle.
• Assist and carry out HVAC works as suitable under instruction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and compliance requirements.

What We Are Looking For (for HVAC Technician Roles)

• Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning
• QLD Restricted Electrical Licence
• Current White Card
• Manual Driver's Licence
• QBCC Occupational Licence
• Current CPR/LVR Certificate
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Professional attitude and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
