About the role

Morley Mitsubishi and GWM is seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Foreman to join our team in Morley, WA 6062. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for Workshop operations and diagnoses on a wide range of vehicle issues, utilizing your expertise in the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

- Manage all workshop staff for performance, diagnoses, service, pre delivery and reconditioning

- Overseeing diagnoses, repair and servicing of vehicles according to manufacturer specifications

- Collaborate with the workshop, service reception and parts to ensure effective and effective customer service

- Maintain detailed records of all works performed and required O.H.S

- Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturers technologies and industry developments

- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

- Formal qualifications in automotive technology or a related field

- Certificate IV qualification in automotive technology is required

- Extensive experience as an automotive diagnostic technician, preferably in the Mitsubishi and GWM brands or similar

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills





- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and the service team

- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments

- Minimum 3 years of automotive workshop foreman experience

- New car dealership experience is mandatory for this position

- Trade qualification in automotive technology is essential

- Australian citizens or permanent residents only
