Commercial Property Management + Commercial Sales & Leasing
Whether you're already in Commercial Property, looking to transition from Residential, or simply searching for your better — this is a team offering genuine support, strong structure and long-term career opportunity.

Property Management
Opportunities exist for Property Managers and Senior Property Managers to manage diverse Commercial portfolios across retail, office and industrial assets.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio — including leases, landlord and tenant relationships, maintenance, arrears, budgets, outgoings and compliance.

At Senior level, you'll take on greater autonomy across complex portfolios, stakeholder management, negotiations and financial oversight.

Commercial experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong Residential Property Management and Facilities Management backgrounds will also be highly regarded.

These positions are initially offered as 12-month fixed-term contracts, with strong potential for extension or permanency.

Sales & Leasing
Opportunities also exist for Commercial Sales & Leasing Executives, from those building their Commercial careers through to experienced operators ready for a stronger platform.

You'll work across Commercial, Industrial and Retail property — building relationships, generating opportunities, managing campaigns and negotiating transactions.

Expect:

- Commission earnings from day one — no debit/credit structure
- Established database and lead flow

- Genuine opportunity to build your own profile and pipeline





Residential Sales, Property Management and other relevant property backgrounds will be considered for those looking to transition into Commercial.
