Take the next step in your pelvic health career

We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for pelvic and women's health to join our established and growing clinic.

Based primarily at our Clayfield clinic, this role is available full-time or part-time, with the possibility of also working from our Wellington Point clinic for someone who would value working across both locations.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established clinic where pelvic health is the core part of what we do. Work alongside an experienced team and continue developing your expertise through specialist mentorship and further postgraduate training opportunities.

If you already have experience working in pelvic health and are looking for a clinic where you can continue to grow, develop your areas of interest and enjoy being part of a supportive clinical team, we'd love to meet you.

Why join us?

We believe experienced physiotherapists should still have opportunities to learn, be challenged and develop.

You'll have access to specialist clinical mentorship and, for the right clinician, support for further postgraduate education and advanced training.

You'll also be joining a well-established practice with an experienced team, strong systems and an established patient base — giving you the support to focus on providing excellent clinical care and continuing to develop as a clinician.

An important part of this role is contributing to the mentorship and development of other clinicians. We're looking for someone who enjoys sharing their clinical knowledge and supporting others to grow, while also valuing the opportunity to receive specialist mentorship and continue developing their own expertise.

What you can look forward to

- $100,000–$130,000 + super (FTE), depending on experience

- Full time or part-time opportunities

- Primarily based at our Clayfield clinic

- Opportunity to also work from our Wellington Point clinic

- An established pelvic and women's health caseload

- Specialist clinical mentorship

- Support for further postgraduate study and advanced professional development for the right candidate

- Opportunity to develop your own areas of special clinical interest

- A collaborative and experienced clinical team

- A meaningful role in mentoring and developing other clinicians

- Strong administrative and practice support

- A well-established clinic with a strong reputation and growing patient demand

- A role that can continue to evolve as your career develops

About you

We're looking for a physiotherapist who already has clinical experience working in pelvic and women's health and wants to continue developing their career in this area.

Ideally, you will have completed APA Level 2 pelvic health and women's health training, or equivalent postgraduate training, together with practical experience treating pelvic health patients.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys being a physiotherapist — someone who cares about their patients, enjoys learning and values being part of a supportive clinical team.

You'll bring strong communication and clinical reasoning skills, an evidence-informed approach to care and the confidence that comes from having already worked with a pelvic health caseload.

You don't need to know everything.

We're looking for someone with a strong clinical foundation, pelvic health experience and genuine enthusiasm to keep developing.

Your experience matters

We value the knowledge and experience you already bring. You'll have the opportunity to share that knowledge through mentoring other clinicians, while continuing to build your own expertise through specialist mentorship and further professional development.

The role

Employment: Full-time or part-time
Primary location: Clayfield, Brisbane
Additional location: Opportunity to work at Wellington Point
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + superannuation (FTE), commensurate with experience

We'd love to get to know you

A CV tells us where you've worked and what you've studied. We'd also like to understand how you think, what matters to you and what you're looking for next.

When you apply, please include a short response to the following questions. We're interested in getting to know you.

1. What is one thing that inspires you professionally?

2. Pelviology sees a broad range of presentations, including patients with complex needs. Tell us about a complex patient you've supported and how you approached their healthcare journey.

3. Pelvic health patients can face barriers to progress — including cancellations, inconsistent follow-through or periods of low motivation. How do you keep patients engaged and supported when this happens?

4. At Pelviology, we believe excellent care is about both clinical skill and the kind of human you want to be. What is your next best step towards becoming that person?

Ready to talk?

If you're an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist considering your next move, we'd be very happy to have a confidential conversation.

Apply through SEEK with your CV and your responses to the questions above.

We look forward to learning more about you.
