Do you measure up?
For Chefs -
•Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking

For Everyone these are the documents we need to get started;

- Updated CV outlining all your employment with dates.
- National Police check that is valid with the last 12 months.
- Qualifications, i.e. Cert III in Commercial cookery.
- Certificates,



i.e. Food Handlers, RSA, RSG.
- 2 -3 Contactable Referees.
- If you are on a Visa, please send through evidence of the visa category.
