Fins Seafood is a market leading seafood business that deals in fresh and frozen premium seafood. Our aim is to connect consumers with high quality Australian seafood in a reliable and transparent way.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our filleting team. This is a full time position for the right candidate. If you have butchery skills and a looking for a new challenge this is perfect opportunity for you

Tasks will include:

- Filleting, skinning and cleaning whole fish

- Assisting the processing team to complete daily orders in a prompt manner

- Keeping the work environment clean and safe at all times

- Working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practises

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role including filleting fish/butchery

- Ability to work at rapid pace to meet order deadlines

- Fluency in English and good communication skills

- Positive Attitude and ability to work within a team

- Must be capable of physically demanding duties
