Aspect Windows is a family-owned Melbourne business with more than 35 years’ experience manufacturing high-quality timber windows and doors.
We’re growing and looking for an experienced Joiner / Carpenter to join our friendly, skilled production team. Many of our team members have been with us for more than 10 years, reflecting our focus on quality, teamwork and long-term employment.
The Role
This is primarily a bench-based manufacturing role involving:
- Assembly of high-end timber windows and doors
- Awning, casement and double-hung windows
- Sliding and stacker doors
- European-style door systems, including Lift & Slide
- General timber window and door manufacturing
- Occasional on-site service work using a company vehicle
- Working with the production team to maintain high-quality standards
Training will be provided on our products and systems.
About You
You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in timber window and door manufacturing or a related trade, such as:
- Joinery
- Carpentry
- Cabinet making
- High-end timber assembly or manufacturing
You will also be:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Honest, self-motivated and quality-focused
- Proud of your workmanship
- A team player with a flexible attitude
- Friendly and easy to work with
- Committed to secure work practices
- Willing to work overtime when required
A driver’s licence is preferred for occasional service work but is not essential.
