Retail Team Member — Silvaside Biltong, Highpoint and Airport West

About us:
Silvaside Biltong brings a 25-year South African family recipe to Melbourne, serving premium biltong and charcuterie across our kiosks. Our Highpoint and Airport Wests kiosks are part of a growing network of locations across Melbourne's centres.

The role:
We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our team with the ability to work across both our Highpoint and Airport West locations. You'll be the face of Silvaside, sharing our story with customers, serving up excellent product, and keeping the kiosk running smoothly during trading hours.

What you'll do:

- Greet and serve customers, sharing knowledge of our biltong and charcuterie range

- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions

- Maintain stock levels, replenishment, and product presentation

- Keep the kiosk clean, tidy,



and looking its best

- Follow food handling, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures

- Support promotions, tastings, and customer engagement initiatives

What we're looking for:

- A positive, customer-first attitude

- Reliability and punctuality

- Comfortable working weekends and some evening trade

- Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential - we'll train you

- Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team
