About the role

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the operations of SMFK AU in relation to stock management and control, financial work management, marketing policy, brand promoting, customer satisfaction, and staff training. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Key responsibilities

- Management administration and stock, including reserve stock management, implementing loss prevention controls and general administration
- Define service standards and formulate related policies
- Determine the product combination and style according to the fashion trend
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales
- Setting sales targets, setting reasonable prices, developing strategies to achieve them, and analyzing sales performance
- Implementing promotional campaigns to increase store traffic and sales
- Contributing to the overall advertising SMFK brand
- Provide customers with a full range of clothing introduction services, and according to different customer groups give the overall style or collocation suggestions to ensure unforgettable experience in store




- Maintain a clear record of store's inventory and sales situation to facilitate the search and verification
- Preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the store operates within financial limits

About you

- A diploma plus academic qualification in accounting or related major
- Highly proficient in English and Mandarin speaking skills in business context
- At least 3 years' full time Retail Manager working experience in a retail industry highly related to fashion and design cloths, shoes, and accessories
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Vibrant, driven and passionate about selling quality products
- Highly customer service and sales focused
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management and financial reporting
