As our project portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Senior Civil Designers to join our teams in Cairns or Townsville.

This is an prospect to play a key role in the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects while working alongside talented professionals across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll contribute to the planning, design and delivery of transport projects for Queensland clients, developing high-quality design solutions while supporting collaborative and innovative project outcomes.

Working closely with project managers, design managers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll help deliver projects that meet client expectations for quality,



schedule and performance.

What You'll Do

- Lead the development of civil design deliverables for transport infrastructure projects
- Produce and review detailed designs using 12d and related civil design software
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across local and global delivery environments
- Support the adoption of digital engineering and BIM workflows
- Coordinate design activities to achieve project objectives for quality, budget and schedule
- Provide guidance and technical support to developing designers and drafters
- Contribute to project pursuits, client engagement activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion safe, inclusive and collaborative ways of working

Here's what you'll need

- Experience delivering civil infrastructure or transport infrastructure projects
- Advanced capability in 12d and civil design software
- Understanding of Queensland transport design standards, including TMR requirements
- Ability to coordinate design activities across multiple disciplines
- A collaborative approach and commitment to knowledge sharing
