About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst – Customer Portfolio Projects to play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our Customer Project Portfolio. This role sits at the heart of portfolio delivery—driving visibility, governance, prioritisation, and alignment of key initiatives. You will work closely with leaders, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively planned, executed, and reported, all while embedding strong Agile ways of working.

What you can expect with this role:
- Coordinate day-to-day portfolio activities including project intake, tracking, risks, and dependencies.
- Deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Provide insights to support prioritisation, investment decisions, and portfolio optimisation.
- Coach stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, and delivery practices.
- Support portfolio planning, demand management, and strategic alignment.
- Assist in business case development, funding approvals, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure governance standards, reporting cycles, and compliance requirements are met.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, delivery teams, and IT.
Your skills and experience:
- Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Substantial experience supporting portfolio, program, or project delivery in complex organisations
- Strong experience in reporting, dashboards, and governance packs
- Demonstrated capability in portfolio prioritisation and delivery oversight
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills—able to turn data into meaningful insights
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to assess value, trade-offs, and investment impacts.
