Outdoor Worker – Transfer Station

Looking for some extra income and a flexible Sunday role with plenty of community interaction?

Join Gannawarra Shire Council in a customer-focused role supporting the operation of our Transfer Stations.

In this role, you will:

- Greet customers as they arrive
- Process waste disposal fees and record transactions
- Direct users to the correct disposal locations
- Monitor site activities and promote safe waste disposal practices
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy site
- Provide friendly customer service and assistance

We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working with people
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is able to process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
- Can work independently and use initiative




- Is reliable and organised
- Wants a flexible weekend role
