Our client is an established & growing health services provider with an impeccable industry reputation. Their South West WA team is growing & an opportunity for an Exercise Physiologist to come on board is on offer.

Ideally, you will be based in Bunbury, Busselton or Margaret River, though they are flexible on location for the right person. The service area currently runs from Harvey in the north to Margaret River in the south & territories are adjusted to suit where you live.

There is no office in the South West, so this is a highly autonomous (yet supported) role. You will see clients in the community & complete your administration from home or on the go, with the team coming together in Perth once a month. Your Clinical Practice Lead is based in the South West & leads a team of 6 clinicians across the region & Perth's southern suburbs.

The Role:

- Develop exercise programs for a range of clients including Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance & Corporate
- Mobile role visiting clients across the South West, with administration completed from home or on the go
- Liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for your clients
- Case notes, report-writing & administration
- Work autonomously, with support from a Clinical Practice Lead who knows the region
- Build trusted relationships & actively promote the organisation's services, resulting in repeat referrals
- Travel to Perth once a month for a team meeting & professional development session

The Ideal Candidate:

- ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Clinical &/or Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable - though this company has great training, graduates warmly welcome to apply!
- Comfortable working autonomously & managing your own diary without a local office
- Based in Bunbury, Busselton or the surrounding South West, or willing to relocate
- Strong relationship management skills
- Motivated to help clients progress & achieve outcomes
- Driver's licence
