The Opportunity

This role would perfectly suit someone with 5 to 8 years of experience who is either on the cusp of Senior or already working at a Senior level and looking to take the technical lead on major designs.

Thanks to their recent growth, you will be stepping straight onto this newly won legacy development. This is a pure technical delivery role working alongside our Associates to deliver complex structures - focusing heavily on engineering excellence rather than client management or business development.

- Design Leadership: Take the technical lead on complex project elements within a high-performing team environment.
- Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with senior members of the team to deliver major projects and provide innovative design solutions.
- Software: Strong, working knowledge in core design software -specifically ETABS, RAM Concept, and RAPT - is essential.
- Coaching & Advancement: Strong communication skills are key. Our client want someone who they can can actively guide and coach to become a future Associate and well-rounded Engineer.
