As a result of organic growth, we're seeking a Principal Injury Management Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to champion the success of their Brisbane team.

The Role

- Initially, your role will involve approximately 30% leadership (training, coaching & customers) & 70% proactive case management
- Coach & develop a team of Rehabilitation Consultants, supporting performance, career progression & professional development
- Develop & nurture key employer and insurer relationships, supporting customer retention & business growth
- Manage a caseload predominantly within the WorkCover QLD scheme
- Deliver workplace rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services
- Complete initial, workplace, ergonomic & functional assessments
- Identify barriers to recovery & develop practical RTW solutions
- Achieve positive recovery, engagement & return to work outcomes
- Travel to visit clients around Brisbane - referrals allocated as close to your local area as possible

The Ideal Candidate

- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist; or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- 3 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience
- Exposure to leadership, training & coaching - Senior Consultants looking for the next step up warmly welcome to apply

- Practical understanding of physical injury management
- Organised, proactive & accountable
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working independently & leading a multi-disciplinary team
