The Opportunity:

This is a career-defining opportunity for a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join a leading Sydney structures team and work directly alongside some of the industry’s most reputable, specialist high-rise engineers. You will play a key technical and client-facing role in delivering highly complex, iconic, and landmark tall buildings that shape the skyline.

This role balances technical mastery with high-level professional growth. While working on high-profile skyscrapers, you will receive direct, strategic mentoring from hands-on Leaders who remain deeply invested in their employees. You can expect a collaborative environment where you can showcase your expertise on major high profile developments.

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 6+ years of industry experience, with a preference for robust track record working on local Sydney high-rise and landmark tall building projects.
- Advanced technical expertise in the lateral and gravity design of tall buildings, with high proficiency in ETABS and RAM Concept.
- Strong client-facing capabilities, with the confidence to manage stakeholder relationships, lead project meetings,



and collaborate closely with architects and builders.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with Chartered status (CPEng / NER) highly regarded or well advanced.
- Confident, articulate, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
