A Sydney multipurpose rehabilitation service is seeking a Rehabilitation Medicine Staff Specialist for a part-time locum opportunity in Ryde, offering three working days per week and on-call responsibilities limited to those days. This role is ideal for a specialist seeking flexibility without compromising on pay or benefits. The position will commence ASAP and finish on 17th January 2027.

As a Staff Specialist, you will provide comprehensive, evidence based management for patients with severe brain and spinal injuries, as well as those requiring general rehabilitation. You will also lead patient assessment and treatment planning, with the support of Registrars and JMOs, providing clinical excellence, leadership and education.

- Location: Ryde, Sydney
- Work pattern: Part time; three 8-hour days per week
- Daily rate: $2,500–$4,000 per day
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: 17 January 2027

The ideal applicant will have:





- Fellowship with the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (RACP) or clear eligibility for FAFRM.
- Current specialist registration with AHPRA, or eligibility for specialist registration
- Demonstrated experience with treatment of severe brain and spinal injuries
