About the role

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be involved in the day-to-day coordination of customer jobs, working closely with customers, sales representatives, installers and suppliers. The role would suit someone who enjoys being busy, is highly organised and is comfortable managing a number of different tasks and jobs throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

- Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries

- Booking new customer appointments and sales leads

- Scheduling check measures and installations

- Liaising with customers, sales representatives, installers and suppliers

- Following up customers regarding appointments, deposits and balance payments

- Preparing and sending customer invoices

- Processing and allocating customer payments

- Maintaining customer and job records

- Checking job paperwork and measurements before orders are placed

- Ordering blinds, curtains, fabrics, shutters from suppliers

About you

- Has previous office administration and/or customer service experience.





- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is confident and skilled speaking with customers over the phone

- Has good computer and general administration skills

- Has strong attention to detail

- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

- Is proactive and comfortable following up outstanding tasks

- Can work independently as well as part of a small team

- Is comfortable working in a busy office environment
