About the Role

We're seeking a qualified and motivated Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or Electrical Technician to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of a wide range of systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites throughout Sydney and the Central Coast.

Your work will include:

Air Conditioning & HVAC Systems

- Split Systems

- VRV & VRF Systems

- Package Units

- Commercial HVAC Equipment

Refrigeration Systems

Electrical Installations & Maintenance

Hot Water Systems

Fire System Works

You'll have the opportunity to work independently and alongside experienced technicians on diverse projects, troubleshooting issues, delivering high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

Current Australian Manual Driver's License
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)
Current ARC Refrigerant Handling License
White Card
Valid Police Check
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Strong communication and customer service skills




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum 2–3 years' industry experience

Highly Regarded

- Experience working on commercial air conditioning systems
- Fault-finding and diagnostic experience across HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Experience with VRV/VRF systems and commercial installations

The Opportunity

As part of our growing team, you'll work across a diverse range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Sydney and the Central Coast.

No two days are the same. You'll be involved in:

Installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Diagnosing and repairing faults across HVAC and electrical systems

Working with split systems, VRV, VRF, package units, and commercial HVAC equipment

Fire systems and hot water systems

Delivering outstanding service and technical expertise to our valued clients

Whether you're working independently or collaborating with a skilled team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that keep our customers comfortable year-round.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Current Manual Driver's License

Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Certificate III in Electrotechnology
