Following an exciting new chapter for the business the agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team and play a key role in its continued success.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 240 residential properties,



maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, including maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals, vacates and re-leasing.
- Work alongside the Junior PM on inspections and leasing, with VA support for administration.
- Onboard new properties and clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the Property Management department, with the chance to progress into a 2IC / leadership role.

About You
You’re an experienced Property Manager who knows how to manage a portfolio, build strong relationships and deliver a high level of service.

You may already be a Senior Property Manager, or an experienced Property Manager ready to step into a role with more responsibility, autonomy and career progression. To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management, maintenance and legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to client service and new business.
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
- An interest in developing systems, processes and the wider department.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
