Supply Chain Manager

Creative Composites Pty Ltd – Epping, VIC

Creative Composites Pty Ltd is a growing Australian manufacturer of advanced composite panel solutions servicing the caravan and RV, transport, modular construction and building industries.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, full-time and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead our industry leading materials sourcing, planning, assurance and fulfillment activities.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end supply chain function to ensure the reliable, efficient, compliant and cost-effective procurement, movement, storage and supply of materials required to support business operations.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, this senior leadership role is accountable for strategic sourcing, supplier selection and certification, procurement, inventory management, international freight and logistics coordination, third-party logistics (3PL) management, warehousing, production material supply, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), and continuous improvement of supply chain performance.

- Environmental, Safety and Compliance

- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

- Monitor operational performance, labour efficiency and production outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a senior supply chain, procurement,



logistics or materials management role.

• Strong leadership and people management capability.

• Experience managing international supply chains.

• Experience with supplier qualification, certification and performance management.

• Strong understanding of SIOP, demand planning and inventory optimisation.

• ERP/MRP systems experience.

• Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business, Operations Management or related disciplines.

• Experience within composites, manufacturing, construction materials, Caravan/RV, transport or related industries.

• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and warehousing operations.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
