About you
You are warm, bright and engaging, and people naturally feel comfortable around you. You enjoy welcoming patients, building genuine relationships and helping each person feel cared for from the moment they contact the clinic.
You are also highly organised and exceptionally detail-oriented. You notice the small things, follow tasks through to completion and take pride in keeping a busy front office running smoothly.
You will ideally bring:

Experience in administration, reception, healthcare or customer service would be highly regarded. However, attitude, initiative and alignment with our values are equally key.
About the role
This is a hands-on front-office position in which you will help create an outstanding experience for every patient while supporting the smooth operation and continued growth of the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming patients into the clinic
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
- Managing appointments and maintaining an organised appointment book
- Helping patients schedule their recommended appointments
- Following up enquiries, missed appointments and patients requiring support
- Processing payments and completing general administrative duties
- Communicating effectively with chiropractors and other team members
- Maintaining accurate patient and clinic information
- Identifying opportunities to improve patient service, retention and clinic growth
- Taking ownership of tasks and following them through to completion
You will need to feel comfortable having proactive conversations,
following up patients and helping the team achieve its service and growth goals.
