About the role: As a Deckhand, you’ll work as part of our Marine Services and Logistics team to support operational requirements across our vessels, leases and marine farming sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily vessel and site operations.
- Install and remove nets, anchors and moorings.
- Load, unload and move operational supplies.
- Operate deck equipment safely and confidently.
- Maintain vessels, equipment and lease areas.
About you: You’ll be a practical, reliable and safety-focused person who enjoys physical work, working outdoors and being part of a team that gets the job done.
- Previous deckhand or marine experience.
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work.
- A strong safety-first mindset.
- Common sense and a can-do attitude.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
It would be great if you also have:
- Master V or similar marine qualification.
- Commercial fishing or aquaculture experience.
- Confidence working around winches, cranes and capstans.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.
- A team-first approach to getting results safely.
