About the Role
Step into a rewarding Registered Nurse/Clinical Nurse role where you'll deliver expert mental health care and support consumers towards recovery. You'll combine direct clinical practice, case management and team guidance while helping strengthen quality care across the Mental Health Clinical Program.
- Deliver comprehensive mental health nursing care and case management
- Guide and support nursing staff to build clinical capability
- Provide education, counselling and therapeutic group work
- Assess and respond to complex needs and clinical deterioration
- Collaborate with health professionals and community services
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold current Nursing and Midwifery Board registration
- Hold a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent
- Bring strong experience caring for complex mental health needs
- Demonstrate leadership, supervision and team coordination skills
- Apply sound judgement, communication and problem-solving skills
