Safety Partner | Marine Sites | Electrona
Help keep our marine teams secure by partnering with leaders and frontline teams in a site based role, get out on the water daily!
We’re looking for a Safety Partner to join our Channel team based at Electrona on a max-term contract until June 2027.

You’ll be visible across the site, helping leaders manage risk, support their teams and build good safety habits into everyday work.

What you’ll do
- Coach leaders to own safety outcomes
- Support risk management and action plans
- Guide practical use of safety systems
- Help with investigations, audits and reporting
- Turn safety insights into meaningful action
You won’t be stuck behind a desk or there to simply tick boxes; you’ll be out with the teams, helping solve problems and keeping safety practical.
What you’ll bring
You’re a safety professional who enjoys working with people, understands operational environments and can turn safety requirements into real-world actions.
You’ll be confident building relationships,
asking good questions and helping leaders take ownership of safety without making it harder than it needs to be.
Ideally, you’ll have
- 3–5 years in safety, WHS or HSE
- Diploma in WHS or similar
- Good knowledge of safety legislation
- Experience influencing operational leaders
- Strong communication and coaching skills
