We're an independently owned and operated physiotherapy clinic in Greenslopes, Brisbane, on the lookout for an experienced Allied Health Receptionist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. From managing bookings to greeting every patient by name, no two days will look the same.

About the Role

As a valued member of our administration team, you will:

- Welcome patients and respond to enquiries in a warm, friendly manner

- Manage appointments, cancellations and patient records accurately using Nookal

- Answer phone calls and assist patients with booking enquiries

- Process payments and manage third-party invoicing, as well as DVA, NDIS and WorkCover

- Support the clinical and administration teams with day-to-day tasks

- Help keep the reception area and clinic clean, organised and welcoming

- Confidently manage changing priorities in a busy clinic environment

About You

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience in an Allied Health receptionist or Allied Health administration role

- Allied health experience and knowledge of Nookal (preferred, not essential)

- A warm, energetic and people-focused approach

- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills





- Confidence working independently and solving problems

- Reliability and a genuine commitment to the role and the clinic

- Initiative and a willingness to help wherever needed

- Flexibility to work across a varied roster

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
