An established commercial plumbing contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Foreman to manage daily plumbing operations across major multi-storey residential construction projects in South East Queensland.
You will supervise plumbers, apprentices and subcontractors while coordinating labour, materials, safety, quality and upcoming work fronts. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, forward planning and the ability to work effectively with builders, consultants and other trades.

Key responsibilities

- Managing daily plumbing operations on major construction sites

- Leading a strong safety culture and ensuring work is completed in accordance with WHS requirements, site procedures and approved SWMS

- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and ongoing site safety monitoring

- Supervising plumbers, apprentices and subcontractors

- Planning labour, materials and upcoming work fronts

- Reviewing hydraulic drawings, specifications and construction programs

- Coordinating with builders, consultants and other trades

- Managing drainage, water, gas, stormwater and associated hydraulic services

- Overseeing passive-fire penetrations, inspections and compliance records

- Identifying design clashes and raising RFIs before they affect construction

- Completing QA documentation, ITPs, testing and commissioning records

- Monitoring productivity, workmanship, safety and program performance

- Addressing hazards, incidents and non-conformances promptly and appropriately

- Ensuring apprentices and workers receive suitable supervision, instruction and support

About you

- Proven experience as a Plumbing Site Foreman on major residential, high-rise or commercial projects

- Current Queensland plumbing and drainage licences





- Construction Industry White Card

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety and leading safe work practices

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic services and relevant Australian Standards

- Ability to read and coordinate hydraulic, architectural and construction drawings

- Experience managing employees, apprentices and subcontractors

- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills

- Good understanding of QA, passive-fire and compliance requirements

- Confidence dealing directly with builders, consultants and suppliers

- Current driver licence
