This represents an extremely rare senior prospect with a well established accounting firm based in Birtinya.

This firm has been in operation for many years and are growing at a rapid rate.

POSITION

The position of Senior Accountant to cater for future succession planning.

The role will involve:

- Manage a high quality SME client base
- Supervise a motivated team of accountants (on shore and off shore)
- High level tax compliance and advisory
- Attend networking and business development events to grow the firm's brand
- Work alongside the outgoing partner to transfer client relationships

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA qualified
- 5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Previous experience managing staff (on shore and off shore)
- Great longevity and stable employment history (non negotiable)
- Strong client relationship management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
