The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and analytical Senior Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in driving forecast accuracy, inventory optimisation, and operational performance across our diverse product portfolio.

Partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics teams, you will lead demand planning processes, identify business risks and opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Demand Planning & Forecasting

- Analyse sales history, market trends and demand fluctuations to develop accurate forecasts.

- Maintain and upload sales forecasts within SAP and conduct MRP analysis.

- Monitor forecast variances and proactively identify significant changes in demand.

- Validate demand assumptions across key product categories through regular reviews.

- Work closely with Sales,



Customer Service and Product teams to manage out-of-stock risks, new product introductions and demand changes.

- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

- Participate in and contribute to the S&OP; process.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to review, challenge and align forecast assumptions.

- Present recommendations and analysis to support management decision-making.

- Conduct scenario planning and "what-if" analysis to evaluate inventory and service outcomes.

- Identify and implement strategies to minimise stock shortages and excess inventory.

- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and systems.

- Review forecast accuracy and develop strategies to improve planning performance.

- Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for stock optimisation, transfers and repacking.

- Manage and improve DIFOT performance across the business.

- Support supplier and freight forwarder performance reviews and improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Minimum 4-8 years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning within a manufacturing, importing or distribution environment.





- Strong experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Strong understanding of Demand Planning and S&OP; processes.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

- Experience working across procurement, logistics, inventory management and supply chain functions will be highly regarded.

- Mandarin language skills are advantageous but not essential.
