We are looking for a commercially minded relationship-builder to help grow The Boxing Shop and Boxing Beyond Barriers. This is an initial 90-day performance period with a genuine pathway to full time employment for the right person. The role will focus on building partnerships, generating revenue, securing sponsorships, developing corporate and community relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You will work directly with the founders and help turn existing relationships, programs and opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a qualified partnership pipeline
- Develop corporate sponsorship opportunities
- Sell Fund-a-School partnership packages
- Build relationships with businesses, schools, government, sporting organisations and community partners
- Generate meetings, proposals and new revenue opportunities
- Support sponsorship, fundraising and business development strategy
- Help create repeatable systems for partnerships and revenue growth
About you
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, sponsorship or account management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable approaching new businesses and opening doors
- Commercially minded and results-focused
- Organised and able to manage a pipeline
- Sport, fitness, charity, community or youth-sector experience is highly regarded but not essential
