My client is a well established accounting firm based on the Gold Coast. This firm is going from strength to strength and well positioned to grow rapidly in the next 12 months. The firm works with an incredible portfolio of clients.

The firm is very modern with a social office culture.

POSITION

Due to growth and the need to bolster their leadership team, the position of Associate Director has been created.

This role will involve:

- Working closely with the Managing Partner to grow the firm and the day to day operations
- Managing and mentoring the current management team
- New business development
- Attending networking events to grow the firm's brand
- Identifying advisory projects within the current client base
- Nurturing current client relationships

CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA
- 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Ability to manage client relationships
- An interest in becoming a Partner
- Experience with new business development
- Experience with advisory
- Solid tax knowledge
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Secure employment history
