We’re looking for a PA to join the immediate team and become a key part of the day-to-day running of the directors business. This isn’t your standard admin role. You’ll be across everything from property listings and marketing campaigns to client liaison, sales support and coordinating the moving parts behind a busy sales operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing high-level administrative and sales support to the Director
- Coordinating property listings, campaigns and marketing launches
- Preparing contracts, listing documentation and sales paperwork
- Organising photography, floorplans, brochures and marketing material
- Managing buyer and vendor enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, inspections and open homes
- Assisting with buyer follow-up and database management

About You

- Previous real estate experience is highly desirable
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR) required




- Robust administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail and gets things done
