About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced VAG Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain VAG vehicles while supporting and mentoring junior technicians in a modern workshop environment.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on VAG vehicles.
- Complete scheduled servicing and complex repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Interpret diagnostic data and technical information to efficiently resolve faults.
- Mentor and support junior technicians with technical guidance and best practices.
- Liaise with the manufacturer by creating technical cases while maintaining accurate service records.

Skills and experience





- Proven experience as a VAG Technician or with a premium automotive brand.
- Robust diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Experience using VAG diagnostic platforms such as ODIS and VAS tools.
- Relevant automotive trade qualification and current driver's licence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
