This is a well-supported role with clear responsibilities, a realistic workload and a genuinely positive working environment. You will have the time and support required to complete your work properly—without excessive hours, constant firefighting or unreasonable pressure.
The role offers:
- $118,000 base salary plus superannuation

- Direct support and mentoring from the Project Manager and senior leadership
When your eight days are finished, your time off belongs to you. There is no expectation to answer calls, respond to emails or remain available during your six rostered days off.
More Than Administration
You will work directly with the Project Manager, site leadership and client representatives on an established mining project.
Your work will help ensure project information is accurate, costs are controlled, additional work is captured and the operation is supported by effective systems.
The work is significant, but it is not unnecessarily complicated. If you are organised, communicate clearly and follow tasks through to completion, you can excel in this role while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
- A genuinely manageable workload
- A stable, low-stress site environment
- Clear priorities and realistic expectations
- $118,000 base salary plus superannuation
