For brokers performing at the top end, total annual earnings can exceed $130,000 including base and commission, with no commission ceiling.

The Opportunity

Drive Approved works with finance and asset brokers across Australia whose clients need vehicles.

You’ll manage and grow existing broker relationships while actively developing new broker and finance business relationships nationally.

Your objective is to become their go-to vehicle sourcing partner.

The stronger the broker network you build, the more referrals you generate. The more deals you settle, the more you earn.

There is no cap on your commissions or the size of the portfolio you can build.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing existing finance and asset broker relationships

• Prospecting and onboarding new brokers and finance businesses across Australia





• Building your own portfolio of high-performing broker accounts

• Generating consistent vehicle referrals from your network

• Working with finance-approved clients to understand their vehicle requirements

• Sourcing and negotiating new and used vehicles

• Building strong dealership relationships nationally

• Managing opportunities from referral through to vehicle purchase

• Keeping brokers engaged and updated throughout their client’s journey

• Consistently achieving sales, profit and new-business targets

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is hungry, competitive and motivated by performance, income and career progression.

You need to be comfortable creating new relationships, asking for business and turning those relationships into consistent referral volume.

Experience in automotive sales, vehicle brokerage, business development, finance or dealership sales would be highly regarded.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong sales and closing ability

• Confidence developing new business

• Excellent relationship-building skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• A competitive and results-driven mindset

• Excellent follow-up and organisation

• The ability to manage multiple clients and broker relationships

• A strong work ethic and desire to progress
