About the role

Peppers Clear Mountain is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team on a casual basis. Based in Clear Mountain, QLD, this position is perfect for individuals looking for flexible work in the hospitality sector. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort that our guests expect, contributing directly to their overall experience and satisfaction at our resort.

What you'll be doing

- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the highest standards, including bedmaking, vacuuming, dusting and bathroom sanitation

- Restocking rooms with fresh linens, toiletries, and amenities

- Inspecting rooms for maintenance issues and reporting them to management

- Removing rubbish and ensuring rooms are left in pristine condition

- Maintaining housekeeping trolleys and supplies in an organised manner

- Following health and safety protocols and using cleaning products safely and responsibly

- Communicating effectively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover

What we're looking for

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality, ideally in a hotel or resort environment

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment

- Physical stamina to perform manual duties, including standing, bending and lifting

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

- Friendly,

- Reliability and flexibility with scheduling, as casual hours may vary

- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, or willingness to learn
