Statewide Tanks, Tasmania’s exclusive dealer for Pioneer Water Tanks, is looking for a Qualified Plumber to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, travelling to different sites and being part of a small, hardworking team.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be completing plumbing works associated with our water tank installations, including connecting tanks into customers’ water systems and completing associated pipework.

You’ll also work alongside our installation team and assist with the construction and installation of Pioneer Water Tanks when required.

Our projects range from residential and rural properties through to large agricultural and commercial water storage installations across Tasmania, so no two weeks are exactly the same.

Your role will include:

- Completing plumbing and pipework associated with newly installed water tanks

- Connecting tanks to existing water systems, pumps and associated infrastructure

- Installing valves, fittings, outlets and other plumbing components

- Troubleshooting and completing plumbing modifications where required

- Working alongside our tank installation crew

- Assisting with the construction and installation of Pioneer Water Tanks





- Travelling to job sites throughout Tasmania

- Working safely and maintaining a high standard of workmanship

- Communicating professionally with customers and other trades on site

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified plumber with relevant Tasmanian licensing/registration

- Has a current driver’s licence

- Is confident working independently and as part of a small team

- Has strong practical and problem-solving skills

- Takes pride in their workmanship

- Is reliable, organised and willing to travel

- Is comfortable working outdoors and completing physically active work

- Has a positive attitude and is willing to help wherever needed
