Milton Early Foundations is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher and/or Qualified Educator to join our team in a permanent full-time position.

We are an independently owned early childhood service providing high-quality education and care for children aged six weeks to six years. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic educator who values strong relationships with children, families and their team.

This position is Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 7:30am and 6:00pm.

The successful applicant will:

- Provide a safe, nurturing and engaging learning setting.

- Build positive relationships with children and families.

- Work alongside the educational leader to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs based on children’s interests and needs.

- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and National Quality Framework.

- Have a strong understanding of child protection, mandatory reporting and Child Safe Standards.

- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Requirements:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.

- Current Working with Children Check.

- Child protection training.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training, or willingness to obtain.

- A minimum of two professional references.
