Our people are central to our success. We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Team Members to join our Eastwood store and help maintain our high standards across sales, service and store operations.

About the role

Working closely with management, you will assist customers with uniform and footwear fittings, process sales and orders, manage stock and support production and wholesale activities. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Shifts will be rostered from Monday to Saturday, with additional availability required during our busy back-to-school period from October to the end of March.

Key responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales

- Deliver friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service.

- Assist customers with the fitting and sale of uniforms, footwear and accessories.

- Build solid relationships with retail and wholesale customers.

- Work toward agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.

- Process orders, online sales, exchanges and other transactions using MYOB Retail Manager and MYOB Premier.

- Respond confidently and professionally to customer enquiries and challenging situations.

- Communicate customer feedback.

- Assist with external and off-season fittings, including commemorative apparel.

- Maintain attractive product displays and a clean, tidy and professional store environment.

Stock and Wholesale Support

- Assist with receiving and checking goods against invoices.

- Complete quality-control inspections in accordance with Brandmode standards.

- Support pressing, barcoding, packing and order preparation.





- Maintain accurate stock management and control procedures.

- Help prepare apparel, footwear and accessories for retail and wholesale customers.

Production and Quality

- Develop a sound understanding of Brandmode's production processes.

- Assist with preparing garments and accessories for retail and wholesale orders.

- Work independently and collaboratively to ensure products meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

About you

- Experience in stock management or inventory control.

- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sound computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

- Good judgement, accountability and a strong sense of responsibility.

- A professional presentation and positive attitude.

- A commitment to following company policies, procedures and work health and safety requirements.

- A current driver's license.

- A willingness to learn and undertake ongoing professional development.

- Experience in apparel, footwear or retail sales will be highly regarded but is essential.
