Partnering with some of the largest construction companies in Australia, we successfully complete hundreds of apartments each year. We also work closely with some smaller boutique builders & renovation companies completing kitchen, bathroom and joinery projects.

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for an immediate.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the overall day to day site performance, co-ordination and management of the agreed project to obtain maximum productivity, efficiency, quality and ensuring all programmed dates are adhered to.

A Motor vehicle and phone will also be provided.

Job tasks and responsibilities

- Manage the site and project timeframe from Site Measure through to final defects.

- Work with the Internal Project Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained on site to complete works within the contracted timeframe.

- Facilitate all Site Measurements and provide to Drafting for Nesting Purposes.

- Be the first point of contact on site to liaise between the Contractor, our Internal Project Manager and our Installers.

- Actively supervise and coordinate the Installers to ensure all works are being completed in a timely manner, to a quality standard and in the correct priority order

- Liaise with the Logistics Team to ensure delivery of workorders to site, ensuring all site restrictions and requirements are taken into consideration and booked in.





- Undertake weekly QA Inspections of installed joinery and keep accurate records of defects in Jobman Job Alerts

- Manage Installers to ensure all defects they are responsible are closed out within the required timeframe of 72 hours.

- Liaise with the Production Team to report all Recuts and Reworks and actively manage these workorders to completion.

- Report all Defects and Punch List Items in Jobman under Job Alerts and actively manage these outstanding items to completion.

- Assist with Installation of Joinery when required.

- Ensure all works undertaken by us on Site are completed to the highest quality with minimal defects and that all projects are closed out within the contracted timeframe.

- Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Requirements of both Zeel and the Site.

Skills and experience

- Qualified Cabinet Maker

- Previous Supervision Experience
