Infinity Pro is seeking an experienced Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Specialist for a contract opportunity with a NSW Government organisation supporting a major public safety telecommunications program.

You will help define how service integrators, managed service providers and network providers work together, establishing clear responsibilities, governance and operational accountability across the design, build and ongoing operation of services.

The emphasis is on designing the service operating model and developing procurement-ready requirements, rather than day-to-day service operations. Your work will help shape the service delivery model, inform tender documentation and support supplier clarification and evaluation activities.

Essential experience

- Demonstrated experience designing or developing SIAM or service-management operating models across complex, multi-provider environments.
- Experience defining service integrator, managed service provider or managed network provider functions, responsibilities and governance arrangements.
- Hands-on experience developing service requirements for tenders, managed-services contracts or outsourcing arrangements.
- Ability to translate service outcomes into clear provider accountabilities, key performance indicators, service-level agreements and reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of cross-provider incident, problem and change management, including ownership, escalation and coordination.
- Experience defining service-management tooling and integration requirements that support coordinated service delivery across providers.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical,



operational and commercial needs into clear, practical requirements.

Highly desirable but not essential

- Experience working on Public Safety Mobile Broadband (PSMB) or comparable public safety and mission-critical communications programs.
- Experience within a mobile-carrier or telecommunications managed-network environment, particularly developing service integrator or managed service provider requirements.
- Experience supporting tender clarifications and evaluating supplier responses for complex, multi-provider service arrangements.

Candidates with solid SIAM operating-model and procurement-requirements experience in other complex, multi-provider environments are also encouraged to apply.

What you will be doing

- Defining service integrator and managed service provider functions, responsibilities and service boundaries.
- Developing multi-vendor governance requirements and clear accountability across providers.
- Establishing performance requirements covering KPIs, SLAs, reporting and contractual penalties.
- Defining cross-vendor incident, problem, change and service-reporting requirements.
- Developing service-management tooling and integration requirements to support coordinated operations.
- Contributing to the service delivery model and associated Request for Tender (RFT) requirements.
- Providing requirements clarifications and responses during the tender period.
- Participating in the RFT evaluation process and assessing supplier responses against the service requirements.
