Our Finance / Accounts Manager needs some extra support!

If you’re an experienced finance skilled looking to work approximately 3 days per week, with the flexibility to cover leave when required, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are a growing, family-owned transport business seeking a motivated and experienced Finance / Accounts Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong financial management skills, excellent attention to detail and solid experience within the transport industry.

Key Responsibilities
Managing payroll functions accurately and on time
Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable
Monitoring and analysing cash flow
Preparing financial reports and reconciliations
Liaising with the Office Manager and external Accountant
Assisting with budgeting and financial planning




Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance
Providing support to the Finance / Accounts function as required

About You
Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager or similar role
Transport industry preferred, not essential.
Strong knowledge of payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ability to analyse financial data and cash flow
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in accounting software MYOB and Microsoft Office
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Flexible and willing to provide leave cover when required
