We have an exciting vacancy for a dedicated practice nurse and a receptionist for our busy practice an immediate start. The hours are negotiable for this role.

Medical Receptionists

(Employment: FT/PT/Casual) .

Medical Center Opening hours are 8 am-6 pm weekdays and 9:00 am-4 pm on weekends

The role will involve:
Greeting and interacting with patients face-to-face and over the phone
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Patient billing and processing of payments
General administrative duties
Opening and Closing duties

The successful candidate will require:
Experience in medical reception/administration is essential
Experience in Paracsoft and Medical Director
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Reliability and a solid work ethic




Ability to work both independently with initiative; and as part of a team
Excellent verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Well presented
Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with patient information
Robust customer service focus
Confident and energetic
Ability to build rapport with patients and doctors
Outstanding team working skills with the ability to self-direct
CPR certificate (can be done upon accepting the job offer)
Any other administrative duties as directed by the Practice Manager.

This position requires an immediate start.
