The Role:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
Working closely alongside our Investment Managers to build skills and confidence
Liaising with tenants and landlords
Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
Support from an off-shore team to assist with administration and processing
Routine inspections and follow-ups
Seminars, coaching and ongoing training
Explicit career progression within a high-performing team

Previous experience in property management is required, along with solid communication skills and a proactive attitude.
