About the role

This is a casual position with the chance for consistent hours for the right person. You'll be working across both weekdays and weekends in a fast-paced, high-volume café in the heart of Lithgow.

Key responsibilities
Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
Dial in grinders, texture milk, and manage workflow efficiency
Deliver strong customer service with a positive attitude
Work across weekdays and weekends

About you
Minimum 1 year experience in high-intensity coffee environments (busy cafés essential)
Proven ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
Confident in dialling in grinders, milk texturing, and workflow efficiency




Solid customer service skills and a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Availability to work weekdays and weekends
