About the Role

As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading a small team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience that reflects our brand's passion for beautiful jewellery.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results
Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets
Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships
Managing daily store operations, including rostering, inventory, and visual merchandising
Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store
Creating a positive, energetic, and customer-focused team culture

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in a retail management position
Strong leadership and team development skills




A passion for sales and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A bubbly, engaging, and positive personality
The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail setting
Jewellery or luxury retail experience is highly regarded but not essential
