Job Description
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play an key role in keeping the practice running smoothly and creating a positive experience for every patient.
Your day will include a mix of clinical and reception responsibilities, including:
Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.
Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.
Greeting patients with a warm, skilled and caring approach.
Scheduling appointments, processing payments and managing patient records.
Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.
