We’re looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into hotel sales or build on their existing hospitality, events or administration experience. You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, gets things done and enjoys working with people.

What you’ll be doing:
Respond to event and group enquiries and provide a excellent first impression
Prepare proposals and contracts that showcase our resort and event spaces
Coordinate and host client site inspections across the resort
Build robust client relationships through transparent and timely communication
Work with operational teams to ensure smooth event handovers
Maintain our CRM and keep sales opportunities up to date
Support sales campaigns and initiatives to drive new business
Track sales KPIs and support the team in achieving revenue targets
