We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our logistics and execution team by ensuring invoices are reviewed, verified, and processed in a timely manner. This is a quick-paced role requiring solid attention to detail and effective stakeholder communication.
This is a 1-year fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Review and process logistics and execution invoices
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal stakeholders
Follow up with service providers for updated rate cards
Ensure invoices are processed within required timeframes
Provide general administrative support to the team
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
