We are recruiting for a Psychologist for a not for profit organisation in the Eastern Suburbs, around the Bondi Junction area. This role would involve providing psychological assessments and therapy, mainly working with adults. You would join an existing team of other Psychologists and Mental Health Clinicians with Clinical Supervision and Support, working in a newly refurbished Psychology Clinic.

About the role:
Part Time role 2 days per week. 4 days may also be considered.
Salary from $120-130k (Full Time Equivalent) plus super and salary packaging perks. Could be flexible with the salary, depending on experience.
Based in the Eastern Suburbs
Initially for a period of 15 months with the view to extend
Supportive Team, with clinical supervision provided

About the organisation:

This organisation is a well established large not for profit organisation who provide a range of services for people living predominantly in the Eastern Suburbs. They provide culturally sensitive services, working with those who are vulnerable or in need.

Duties:
Provide trauma-informed psychological assessments and therapy
Develop individualised treatment plans aligned with best-practice models
Deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT,



ACT and other trauma-informed approaches
Provide short-to medium-term therapeutic interventions
Conduct risk and suicide/self-harm assessments
Develop safety plans and crisis support strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Work collaboratively with community stakeholders and referral services
Support clients experiencing trauma reactions, grief, distress, and disruption

Requirements:
Current registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Experience providing psychological support and work with adults
